Official

It's official, I'm scheduled to go to Hawaii for work.

So far I'm to be in Kauai on the 18th, spend a few days there, then over to Hilo for a week or so. I may be there into May, but I won't know that until we get further into April.

While I'm excited to be going, am I'm also bummed because it looks like Stacey won't be able to come out and spend a few days with me, it'll be another solo trip (I had several when I worked corporate charter).

Spring I think has officially sprung in Blanding. We have several stands of various flowers popping up, as well as what might be a small stand of corn. There's about a million tulip plants coming up, and in a month we should have a bunch of flowers.

Work has been a bit less busy, just one flight in the last two days and that's been about it. I'm in Kayenta tonight, then Chinle till the end of the month, then alternating between Chinle and Kayenta before days off and Hawaii.

We've hired a bunch of new people (apparently we even have a CFO now), so there will be a bunch of new names to learn, but I doubt I'll meet them more than once a year since they all work up north in the SLC area.

Pretty decent storms moving through the area, the first of many I'm sure. I haven't spent spring in the area yet, but I'm expecting serious thunderstorms in the near future.
